Questions

Before you dive in

How do you decide what to offer?

We look at current market data for your exact reference, condition, completeness (box, papers, extra links), service history and demand. You'll get the number and the reasoning behind it, not just a figure.

What's the difference between selling and consigning?

Selling is immediate: we buy your watch and pay you. Consigning means we market and sell it on your behalf; it typically nets you more, but takes longer. We'll tell you honestly which makes more sense for your watch.

How are consignment terms set?

Before anything is listed, we agree on the asking price, your minimum, the fee and the timeframe, all in writing. No surprises, no hidden charges.

Do you buy watches without box and papers?

Yes. Complete sets are worth more, but a watch-only piece can still command a strong price once authenticated.

How does shipping work?

For buys, trades and consignments by mail, we provide guidance on fully insured shipping. In-person meetings can also be arranged.

Can you find a specific watch for me?

Absolutely. Choose "Source" above, tell us the reference, budget and must-haves, and we'll go to work. You're never obligated to buy.
